For those on a plant-based diet, here is our super simple vegan pasta dough recipe…
Ingredients
1kg Flour
325ml Water
8g Turmeric
15g Salt
23ml olive oil
Method
Add all ingredients into a dough mixer and mix with hook attachment until fully incorporated making sure not to allow it to get warm.
Split into 1kg balls, wrap in clingfilm and refrigerate for 30mins before rolling and using.
