Antipasti

Nocellara olives

Large green olives from Sicily. Crisp with a mild buttery flavour

Rosemary & sea salt focaccia

Focaccia is a light and soft, flat oven-baked bread from Liguria. Sweet and salty, finished with Rosemary, Maldon salt and olive oil.

Grilled artichoke, romesco, chervil

Puglian Artichoke chargrilled over open flames for an earthy and nutty flavour and a subtle heat from the Romesco sauce.

Pasta

Chilli, garlic, parsley, spaghetti ‘alla chitarra’

The name of this spaghetti comes from the tool (the so-called chitarra, literally "guitar"). Bancone’s version is with aglio e olio (means with garlic and oil) giving it a soft, sweet aromatic flavour from the cooked garlic combined with spiciness and heat from the chilli.

Kale, chilli, rigatoni

A delicious earthy dish with a hint of bitterness from kale and heat from the fresh chopped chilli, folded through rigatoni and finished with crispy kale to create texture in the dish.

Paired Perfectly with:

— Fruilano

— Chardonnay

— Verdeca

Dessert

Crème caramello, coffee, buckwheat

A silky smooth dessert made with coconut milk with aromatic espresso and sweet caramello. Finished with delicious toasted buckwheat for a wonderful texture.

Paired perfectly with: —Orange Blossom Negroni Limoncello.
